Beijing - The China National Health Commission said on Sunday that it received reports of 17 cases from newly confirmed COVID-19 on" target="_BLANK">Saturday Chinese continent, including three cases of national and 14 imported transmission.

Of the cases of transmission at the national level, two were reported within Mongolia and one in Shanghai, the Commission said in its daily report.

No new presumed cases or death related to the disease on Saturday, said the Commission.

The new imported cases were reported in Fujian, Shanghai, Shaanxi, Beijing, Tianjin, Zhejiang, Guangxi and Sichuan, said the commission.

By the end of Saturday, a total of 3,775 imported cases had been reported on the" target="_BLANK">continent. Among them, 3,474 had been discharged from" target="_BLANK">" target="_BLANK">hospitals after recovery, and 301 were hospitalized. No deaths have been reported by imported cases.

On Saturday, nine Covid-19 patients were discharged from" target="_BLANK">" target="_BLANK">hospitals after recovery on the Chinese continent.

As of Saturday, the total number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 on the" target="_BLANK">continent reached 86,431, including 316 patients who were still treated, with five in severe condition.

In" target="_BLANK">total, 81,481 patients had been altaid after recovery, and 4,634 had died of the disease in the continent, the Commission said.

There were no suspicion of Covid-19 on the" target="_BLANK">continent, while 11.375 nearby contacts were" target="_BLANK">still under medical" target="_BLANK">observation after 1,107 was fulfilled on Saturday, according to the Commission.
