Self Introduction
Thank you for taking the time to read and consider my CV.
I am an American living and working in Ho Chi Minh City. My first year in Vietnam was spent at ILA Vietnam, where I taught English to kids aged .This year, , I have spent working at public schools in HCMC. I have been teaching Math and Science at both th and th grade levels. In addition, I have occasionally taught Math and Science in st, nd, and rd; usually as a temporary replacement teacher.
Outside of official teaching in Vietnam, I have also volunteered as a tutor while studying at Beijing University. I enjoy teaching and would love to find a job that allows me to both teach and be more involved with my students outside of the classroom: holiday events, meeting parents, extracurricular activities, etc...
Please note: I am currently under contract until the end of the school year, so I would not be able to start work until the beginning of June. I would like to continue working in public schools, as I find it more rewarding, but would still consider a job at an English center if it seemed like a good fit
